What are orders? Orders are requests from customers who are interested in your farm's products!
By completing orders, you will receive Dairy points (What are Dairy points used for, please check this article), Cow coins and cash.
To access the Order page, tap the top icon at the bottom right corner.
After opening up the Order page, you can view which orders are available to accept and on-going orders. To deliver products, tap the active order and it will open up a page in which you can send trucks for delivery (you might have to send more than 1 truck for one order).
Note: There are 2 types of storage, Factory Warehouse and Central Warehouse (Cold rooms). Items will first be delivered to Factory Warehouse then it will be transported to Cold rooms for orders.
Please pay attention to the number of products you own, if you do not have enough items for orders and cannot produce more, you will need to cancel the order.
Once you have sent trucks away for delivery, the timer will count down (even when then game is closed). When the order is finished, you can claim your rewards.
